Custom Board Game Production: Process, Lead Times & Terms
1. Quotation
Turnaround Time: Within 24 hours upon receiving your complete specifications.
Available Terms: We provide comprehensive quotes under EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms to best suit your logistics preferences.
2. Design & Artwork Review
Client-Completed Designs: Artwork review and pre-press verification take 1 working day.
Design Assistance: If you need our team to assist with design or layout adjustments, it typically takes 3–5 working days (depending on the complexity of the content).
3. Prototyping (Sampling)
Required File Formats: High-resolution PDF, AI, PSD, or original vector files.
Prototyping Lead Times:
Paper/Cardboard Components: 5–7 days
Wooden Components: 3–5 days
Acrylic Dice (Custom Design): 5–7 days
Other Plastic Components: 5–7 days (using existing molds) / 7–10 days (for custom molds)
4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our Policy: We do not impose a strict Minimum Order Quantity. We support projects of all sizes; however, please note that pricing is scalable, and economies of scale apply to different order volumes.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted Methods: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), PayPal, and Bank Wire.
Payment Schedule: For mass production orders, our standard policy is a 30%–50% deposit, with the remaining balance cleared before shipment. If you have specific financial requirements, please feel free to discuss them with us.
